Questions about the price

Do I have to pay to use Translator?No. Web page, selection and YouTube subtitle translation are free forever on your own API key, with no account. On top of that, every account gets a free monthly allowance of 20 PDF pages and 20 comic pages.
What happens when the free allowance runs out?That feature stops until the 1st of the next month, unless you hold credits. The free allowance is always spent before any credit is.
Do credits expire?Credits from a pack are valid 365 days from the day they are granted. The credits included with Standard and Pro are for that month and do not roll over.
What if a translation fails?It costs nothing. A page that fails, that you cancel, or that an upstream content filter refuses is never charged — not in free pages, not in credits.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?You can cancel at any time from Manage billing, and you keep the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Which currency, and who charges me?All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record — Creem appears on your statement, issues the invoice, and handles any refund.
